Spencer House (Lima, New York)
Spencer House is a historic house located in Lima, Livingston County, New York. Built circa 1825, it is a two-story, five-bay, Federal-style brick dwelling. The house features a symmetrical facade, a central entrance with a fanlight, and a hipped roof. Notable architectural details include delicate wood trim and well-preserved interior features. The Spencer House is a significant example of early 19th-century architecture in the Genesee Valley and is associated with the early settlement and development of Lima. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
