Smolna (river)

The Smolna is a small river located in Poland. It is a right-bank tributary of the Parsęta river, situated in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, within the Parsęta Plain.

The river's source lies near the village of Smolne, from which it derives its name. The Smolna flows generally in a north-northwesterly direction, passing through agricultural areas and forests. Its length is approximately 15 kilometers.

The Smolna river, like many small watercourses in the region, is important for local ecosystems, providing habitat for various species of fish, amphibians, and invertebrates. Its water also contributes to the overall hydrological balance of the Parsęta river basin.
