Sean May

Sean May (born April 4, 1984) is an American former professional basketball player. He played college basketball for the University of North Carolina Tar Heels, where he was named the Most Outstanding Player of the 2005 NCAA Tournament after leading the Tar Heels to a national championship.

May was drafted 13th overall by the Charlotte Bobcats in the 2005 NBA draft. His NBA career was hampered by injuries, particularly knee problems, which limited his playing time and effectiveness. He played for the Bobcats/Hornets, Sacramento Kings, and briefly for the New Jersey Nets before pursuing a career overseas.

After his NBA career, May played professionally in Europe, including stints in France, Spain, and Italy. He retired from professional basketball in 2015.
