Sam Walsh (politician)

Sam Walsh is an American politician who served as a Republican member of the New York State Assembly, representing the 126th district (Onondaga County). His tenure in the Assembly spanned from 2003 to 2018. Prior to his service in the Assembly, Walsh held the position of Mayor of Syracuse, New York from 1989 to 1993. His political career has been focused on the Central New York region. He is also known for his professional background in business before entering public service.
