Sajid Khan (director)

Sajid Khan (born November 23, 1970) is an Indian film director, actor, television presenter, and comedian. He is primarily known for directing Bollywood films, often comedies, and for his controversial personal conduct.

Khan began his career as a video jockey (VJ) before transitioning to directing. His directorial debut was Darna Zaroori Hai (2006), where he directed one of the short stories within the anthology film. His subsequent films as a director include Heyy Babyy (2007), Housefull (2010), Housefull 2 (2012), and Humshakals (2014). He also directed Housefull 4 (2019), although he stepped down mid-production following allegations of sexual harassment and was replaced by Farhad Samji.

Khan has also hosted several television shows, including Sajid's Superstars and India's Got Talent. As an actor, he has appeared in films such as Jhooth Bole Kauwa Kaate and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi.

Khan's career has been marked by both commercial success and significant controversy. His films have often faced criticism for their humor, which has been described as crude and offensive.
