Sahurs
Sahurs (also spelled Sahoor or Suhoor) is the meal consumed early in the morning by Muslims before fasting (sawm), before sunrise during the Islamic month of Ramadan. It is eaten before Fajr prayer. Sahurs is considered a blessed meal, and following the tradition of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), Muslims are encouraged to partake in it. The meal provides sustenance for the day's fast.
