Joe Stewart (politician)

Joe Stewart is an American politician. He is a former Republican member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 3 (Laurens County). Stewart served in the House from 2003 to 2019.

During his time in the South Carolina House, Stewart served on several committees, including the Ways and Means Committee. He was known for his fiscally conservative positions and his focus on issues related to economic development and agriculture in Laurens County.

Stewart did not seek re-election in 2018.
