Feel the Need (Leif Garrett album)
Feel the Need is the fourth studio album by American singer Leif Garrett, released in 1978 on Scotti Brothers Records. The album followed Garrett's successful self-titled debut album and the Feel the Need album continued his teen idol status.
The album features a mix of pop and rock tracks. Singles released from the album included "I Was Made for Dancin'," which became Garrett's most successful single, reaching number 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Other singles included "Feel the Need" and "When I Think of You."
The album was a commercial success, reaching number 55 on the Billboard 200 chart. It further cemented Garrett's position as a popular teen idol of the late 1970s. The album's sound is representative of the bubblegum pop and soft rock prevalent at the time.
