Joe Rizzo (American football)
Joe Rizzo is a former American football player. He primarily played as a guard in the National Football League (NFL).
Rizzo attended the University of Pittsburgh where he played college football for the Pittsburgh Panthers.
He was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the 11th round of the 1986 NFL Draft. He played for the Broncos in 1986. After his time in Denver, Rizzo played for the Washington Redskins during the 1987 season. He was part of the Redskins team that won Super Bowl XXII against the Broncos.
