Mandy (2018 film)

Mandy is a 2018 psychedelic action horror film directed by Panos Cosmatos and co-written by Cosmatos and Aaron Stewart-Ahn. It stars Nicolas Cage, Andrea Riseborough, Linus Roache, Ned Dennehy, Olwen Fouéré, Richard Brake, and Bill Duke.

The film tells the story of Red Miller (Cage) and his artist girlfriend Mandy Bloom (Riseborough), who live a peaceful life in the wilderness of 1983. Their tranquil existence is shattered when a sadistic cult leader, Jeremiah Sand (Roache), becomes obsessed with Mandy and summons a demonic biker gang to abduct her. After Mandy is brutally victimized and murdered, Red embarks on a violent and surreal quest for revenge against the cult and their demonic allies.
