Rozan (owarai)

Rozan (ロザン) is a Japanese comedy duo (漫才コンビ, manzai konbi) formed in 1996, consisting of Ujiie Takushi (宇治原史規) as the tsukkomi (straight man) and Suga Shogo (菅広文) as the boke (funny man). They are known for their intellectual humor and Ujiie's high intelligence, which is frequently highlighted in their acts.

Their style of comedy often involves historical or academic references, with Ujiie providing in-depth explanations of the boke's often intentionally ignorant or absurd statements. This contrast between Ujiie's intelligence and Suga's silliness forms the core of their comedic appeal.
