Robert Brewster (American football)
Robert Brewster (born September 17, 1986) is a former American football offensive tackle. He played college football at Ball State University and was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the third round of the 2009 NFL Draft.
Brewster played high school football at Roseville High School in Roseville, Illinois. At Ball State, he was a four-year starter and earned All-Mid-American Conference honors.
With the Dallas Cowboys, Brewster spent his career primarily as a backup offensive lineman, filling in at both tackle and guard positions. He was known for his versatility and ability to play multiple positions on the offensive line. He played for the Cowboys from 2009 to 2015, appearing in 55 games and starting 18.
After his time with the Cowboys, Brewster briefly signed with the New Orleans Saints in 2016, but was released before the season began.
