The Apprentice (British TV series) series 12 is the twelfth series of the British reality television series The Apprentice, which aired on BBC One from October 4 to December 17, 2018. Lord Sugar returned as the main judge, accompanied by aides Karren Brady and Claude Littner. The series followed eighteen businesspeople competing in a series of challenges to win a £250,000 investment from Lord Sugar. The tasks ranged from creating and selling products to managing marketing campaigns. Each week, the losing team faced Lord Sugar in the boardroom, where one contestant was fired. The series culminated in a final challenge where the remaining two candidates developed a business plan and presented it to Lord Sugar and industry experts. The winner of series 12 was Sian Gabbidon, who won the investment to develop her swimwear business.
