Rei Hiroe

Rei Hiroe (広江 礼威, Hiroe Rei) is a Japanese manga artist and writer. He is best known as the creator of the manga series Black Lagoon. Hiroe is also the author and illustrator of the manga 341 Sentōdan (341 Combat Team). He is known for his action-oriented stories, realistic depictions of firearms and military hardware, and a distinct art style characterized by dynamic action sequences and expressive character designs. Before his success with Black Lagoon, he worked as a commercial artist.
