Red Letter Day (band)

Red Letter Day was an American indie rock band formed in 1997 in Seattle, Washington. The group's lineup consisted of Tricia Ward (vocals, guitar), Nick Macri (bass), and Dave Lebleu (drums).

The band gained a following for their blend of melodic indie rock with elements of post-punk and dream pop. They released several EPs and two full-length albums. Their debut album, Lost Days, was released in 2000, followed by Youngblood in 2002.

Red Letter Day toured extensively throughout the United States, playing alongside bands such as Death Cab for Cutie, The Jealous Sound, and Pedro the Lion. While never achieving mainstream success, they cultivated a dedicated fanbase and were recognized within the indie music scene of the early 2000s.

The band dissolved in 2004. Since then, members have pursued other musical projects. Nick Macri has played with numerous bands, including Euphone and The Zincs.
