Ray Williams is a businessman best known for his involvement in the Australian construction and property development industries.

Williams founded the construction company, Multiplex, in 1962. Under his leadership, Multiplex grew from a small family business into one of Australia's largest construction firms, undertaking numerous high-profile projects both domestically and internationally. Key projects completed during his tenure include the Shell House and the Governor Phillip Tower in Sydney, and the redevelopment of Wembley Stadium in London.

Williams served as the chairman of Multiplex until 2003, when he stepped down and his son, Andrew Roberts, took over the role. Following his departure, the company was acquired by Brookfield Asset Management in 2007.
