Prince Emanuel of Liechtenstein (Vienna, February 3, 1700 – Vienna, January 15, 1771) was a Prince of Liechtenstein and Imperial Privy Councillor. He was a member of the House of Liechtenstein, specifically belonging to the Gundaker line.

Emanuel was the son of Prince Philipp Erasmus of Liechtenstein and Countess Christina Theresa von Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rochefort. He held several high offices within the Habsburg Monarchy. He served as an Imperial Privy Councillor, holding considerable influence within the Imperial Court.

He married Countess Maria Anna Antonia von Dietrichstein-Weichselstädt on August 9, 1718. Through Franz Josef I, Emanuel is an ancestor of the modern Liechtenstein ruling family.

His other notable descendants include subsequent Princes of Liechtenstein and members of other European noble families. His legacy is primarily tied to his descendants who continued the Liechtenstein dynasty and to his service to the Habsburg emperors.
