Phil X

Phil X (born Philip Xenidis on March 10, 1966) is a Canadian guitarist and songwriter. He is best known for being the lead guitarist of Bon Jovi since 2016, officially replacing Richie Sambora. Prior to joining Bon Jovi, Phil X established himself as a highly sought-after session guitarist, working with numerous artists across various genres. He also fronted his own band, The Drills. His playing style is characterized by its technical proficiency, energetic performance, and blues-rock influence. He is known for his extensive use of guitar effects and his distinctive stage presence.
