Oscar González (baseball)

Oscar González is a professional baseball outfielder. As of the end of the 2023 season, he is a free agent.

González signed with the Cleveland Indians (now Cleveland Guardians) as an international free agent in 2015. He made his Major League Baseball debut with the Guardians on May 31, 2022.

Known for his power potential, González made notable contributions to the Guardians' playoff run in 2022, including hitting a walk-off home run in Game 2 of the American League Wild Card Series against the Tampa Bay Rays.

While showing promise, González has faced periods of inconsistency at the plate. He has also spent time in the minor leagues refining his skills and gaining more consistent performance. His primary position is right field, but he has also played in left field.
