Derek Williams (footballer, born 1922)
Derek Williams (born 28 January 1922, date of death unknown) was a Welsh professional footballer. He played as a full back.
Williams began his career with Swansea Town before the Second World War. During the war, he served in the Royal Navy and played as a guest for Cardiff City.
After the war, Williams resumed his career with Swansea Town, and was a member of the side that won the Football League Third Division South title in 1948–49. He left Swansea in 1950.
Following his departure from Swansea, Williams joined Lovell's Athletic. Information on his career following this move is scarce.
