Oded Hod

Oded Hod is an Israeli theoretical physicist known for his research contributions to various fields including surface physics, tribology (the study of friction, wear, lubrication, and design of machine elements), condensed matter physics, and biophysics. His work often involves the application of computational methods, particularly molecular dynamics simulations, to investigate the fundamental processes occurring at the nanoscale and microscale.
