Leah Zell

Leah Zell is an American investment manager and businesswoman. She is the co-founder and a partner at Lizard Investors, LLC, a global equity investment firm based in Chicago. Prior to Lizard Investors, she co-founded and served as managing partner of Wanger Advisors Trust Company, a subsidiary of Liberty Wanger Asset Management, and was a portfolio manager at Wanger Asset Management.

Zell is known for her focus on fundamental, bottom-up research and a long-term investment approach, particularly in emerging markets. She has extensive experience investing in international equities and has been recognized for her expertise in global investment strategies.

Beyond her investment work, Zell is involved in philanthropic and civic activities. She has served on the boards of various organizations, including educational institutions and cultural institutions.
