Nelson Dieppa
Nelson Dieppa (born February 25, 1971) is a Puerto Rican former professional boxer. He competed in the light flyweight division (108 lbs).
Dieppa is best known for holding the WBO light flyweight title twice. He first won the title in 2001, defeating Ricardo López. He successfully defended it five times before losing to Néstor Garza in 2003.
Dieppa regained the WBO light flyweight title in 2004 by defeating Edgar Cardenas. He defended it three times before losing to Hugo Cázares in 2007.
Throughout his career, Dieppa was known for his aggressive fighting style and resilience. He retired from professional boxing in 2008.
