Mount Buller (Victoria)
Mount Buller is a mountain in the Victorian Alps of Victoria, Australia. It is part of the Great Dividing Range and is located approximately 208 kilometres (129 mi) northeast of Melbourne.
Mount Buller is primarily known as a major ski resort, attracting snow sports enthusiasts during the winter months (June to October). Skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, and snowshoeing are popular activities. The resort features a variety of ski runs catering to different skill levels, as well as chairlifts, T-bars, and other facilities.
Beyond winter, Mount Buller is also a popular destination for hiking, mountain biking, and other outdoor activities during the warmer months. The mountain offers numerous trails with varying degrees of difficulty, providing opportunities to explore the surrounding alpine scenery.
The mountain's summit offers panoramic views of the surrounding area. The climate is alpine, with cold winters and relatively mild summers.
