Mona is the debut and only studio album by American rock band Mona. It was released on May 16, 2011, in the United Kingdom through Zion Records, and on July 26, 2011, in the United States through Island Records. The album was preceded by the singles "Listen to Your Love", "Trouble on the Way", and "Shooting the Moon". Mona received generally positive reviews from critics, who praised the band's anthemic sound and the album's strong melodies. The album reached number 25 on the UK Albums Chart.
