Malcolm Clarke (footballer)

Malcolm Clarke (born 1945) is a former English professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He is best known for his time with Oxford United in the Football League.

Clarke began his career with Kidderminster Harriers before joining Oxford United in 1965. He was a key member of the Oxford team that achieved promotion to the Second Division in 1968. He spent several years with Oxford, making over 200 league appearances. After leaving Oxford, Clarke played for Northampton Town. He later had a spell in non-league football before retiring from the game.
