Miro Bulj
Miro Bulj (born October 26, 1974) is a Croatian politician. He has served as a member of the Croatian Parliament representing the 9th electoral district since 2015. Bulj is a prominent member of the Bridge of Independent Lists (Most nezavisnih lista), a centre-right political party in Croatia.
Known for his strong regionalist views and advocacy for the Dalmatian hinterland, particularly the Cetina region, Bulj often speaks out on issues concerning local development, environmental protection, and the preservation of cultural heritage. He has been a vocal critic of centralized government policies that he perceives as detrimental to the interests of his constituency.
Prior to his parliamentary career, Bulj served as the mayor of the town of Sinj. His political activism often focuses on direct democracy, local autonomy, and tackling corruption. He is recognized for his populist style and his commitment to representing the concerns of ordinary citizens.
