Makrellbekken (station)
Makrellbekken is a station on the Røa Line (Linje 2) of the Oslo Metro in Norway. It is located in the Vestre Aker borough, serving the residential neighborhood of Makrellbekken.
The station opened on January 24, 1933, as part of the extension of the Røa Line from Smestad to Røa. It is situated between the Holmen and Smestad stations.
Makrellbekken is an above-ground station with two side platforms serving trains traveling in both directions. Access to the platforms is via stairs and ramps from the surrounding streets. The station primarily serves local commuters and residents.
