Luis Molina (baseball)

Luis Molina is a former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Toronto Blue Jays (2007-2008) and the New York Yankees (2009).

Molina was signed by the Toronto Blue Jays as an international free agent in 2003. He progressed through their minor league system before making his major league debut in 2007. Primarily a relief pitcher, Molina also made a few starts. He was known for a fastball that could reach the mid-90s.

Following his time with the Blue Jays, Molina was claimed off waivers by the New York Yankees in 2009. He appeared in a limited number of games for the Yankees before being released. After his MLB career, he continued to play professional baseball in various minor league and independent league organizations.
