Long Thành (township in Đồng Nai)
Long Thành is a township (thị trấn) and the administrative center of Long Thành District in Đồng Nai Province, Vietnam. It is located approximately 40 kilometers east of Ho Chi Minh City and is a significant economic and transportation hub within the province.
The township is situated near the planned Long Thành International Airport, a major infrastructure project expected to significantly impact the region's development. Long Thành benefits from its strategic location along National Route 51 and near other key transportation arteries, contributing to its economic activities in trade, logistics, and services.
The area surrounding Long Thành is primarily agricultural, with a growing focus on industrial development due to the proximity of the airport and the increasing urbanization of Đồng Nai Province.
