List of Singaporean Community Development Councils (1997–2001)

The Community Development Councils (CDCs) in Singapore are local administrative divisions established to facilitate community bonding and deliver localized services. From 1997 to 2001, Singapore was divided into nine CDCs, each overseen by a Mayor. These CDCs aimed to bring governance closer to the people, enabling a more responsive and tailored approach to addressing the needs and concerns of residents within their respective districts.
