Life After Life (TV series)
Life After Life is a British television drama miniseries based on the 2013 novel of the same name by Kate Atkinson. The series premiered on BBC Two and BBC iPlayer in April 2022.
Synopsis
The story follows Ursula Todd, born in England in 1910, who dies shortly after birth. However, she is then reborn and lives, only to die again and again throughout the 20th century. Each time Ursula is reborn, she navigates a different path, making different choices that affect not only her own life but also the lives of those around her. The series explores themes of free will, destiny, the impact of small decisions, and the cyclical nature of life and death against the backdrop of historical events, including both World Wars.
