Li Jingwen (economist)
Li Jingwen (李京文, born July 1932) is a Chinese economist known for his work in technical economics and management science, particularly in the application of systems engineering to economic analysis and forecasting. He is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE).
Li Jingwen graduated from the Department of Economics at Peking University in 1955. He has held positions at the Institute of Economics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and later at the Chinese Academy of Engineering. He has focused his research on developing methodologies for economic forecasting, including the establishment of early warning systems for economic crises.
