Jamie Allen (footballer, born January 1995)

Jamie Allen (born 28 January 1995) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Halifax Town.

Career

Allen began his career at Fleetwood Town, progressing through their academy. He made his professional debut for Fleetwood in August 2013. He spent time on loan at Barrow in 2014 and AFC Fylde in 2015.

In July 2017, Allen signed for Southport. Following his departure from Southport, he joined Dover Athletic.

He joined FC Halifax Town in 2019.

Personal Life

Allen has appeared on television, specifically in the series "Love Island" in 2023. His participation in the show caused controversy and disrupted his professional playing career at Halifax Town. He returned to the club following his stint on the show.
