Lee Kyung-won

Lee Kyung-won (born February 20, 1980) is a South Korean badminton player. She primarily competed in women's doubles and mixed doubles events throughout her career.

Lee achieved notable success in women's doubles, partnering with various players, including Lee Hyo-jung. Some of her significant achievements include winning medals at major international tournaments such as the BWF World Championships and the Olympic Games. She and Lee Hyo-jung won the silver medal at the 2004 Athens Olympics in women's doubles.

Lee Kyung-won also participated in numerous other BWF Super Series and Grand Prix events, consistently ranking among the top players in her discipline. She was known for her strong defensive skills and tactical play on the court. Her career spanned several years, during which she contributed significantly to South Korea's success in badminton.
