Andy Rowland (footballer, born 1965)
Andy Rowland (born 10 February 1965) is an English former professional footballer who played as a forward.
Rowland began his career as a youth player with Reading, turning professional in 1983. He made over 100 league appearances for the Royals, scoring a significant number of goals. He was a key part of the Reading team that won the Third Division title in 1985-86.
After leaving Reading in 1988, Rowland joined Northampton Town. He spent a couple of seasons with the Cobblers, contributing to their attacking play. He then moved into non-league football.
Later in his career, Rowland played for several non-league clubs, including Wokingham Town, Slough Town and Didcot Town.
