Kyūjōmae Station (Okayama)
Kyūjōmae Station (球場前駅, Kyūjōmae-eki) is a railway station on the Uno Line (Seto-Ōhashi Line) in Okayama, Japan. It is located in Minamigata, Kita-ku, Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture. The station is operated by the West Japan Railway Company (JR West).
The name Kyūjōmae literally translates to "in front of the baseball stadium." The station is named for its proximity to the Okayama Prefectural Baseball Stadium (Okayama Kenkō Jūmin Kyūjō).
Kyūjōmae Station is a small, ground-level station with a single platform serving one track. Typically, local trains on the Uno Line stop at this station. It is an unmanned station.
Adjacent stations are Okayama Station to the north and Daianji Station to the south. Passengers traveling south towards Uno or Takamatsu would change at Daianji for connections.
