Keranggas

Keranggas refers to a place or area that is characterized by a scarcity of nutrients in the soil and/or a harsh, often dry, environment. This type of environment typically supports specialized flora adapted to these conditions, often consisting of stunted vegetation, heath-like plants, and species resilient to drought and low nutrient availability. The term is often used in Southeast Asia, particularly in Malaysia and Singapore, to describe specific types of forest and scrubland.
