Ken Mauer

Ken Mauer (born April 23, 1955) is a retired American professional basketball referee who officiated in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for 35 seasons (1986-2021). He wore jersey number 41. Mauer was known for his distinctive voice and animated style on the court. Over his career, he officiated numerous high-profile games, including NBA Finals games. After retiring from on-court officiating, he worked as an NBA referee analyst for ESPN.
