Jorge Ramos (commentator)

Jorge Ramos is a Mexican-American journalist, author, and news anchor. He is best known for his role as the lead anchor for Noticiero Univision, the evening news program on Univision, a leading Spanish-language television network in the United States.

Born on March 16, 1958, in Mexico City, Ramos began his career in journalism in Mexico before immigrating to the United States in 1983. He joined Univision in 1986 and has been a prominent figure in the network's news division ever since.
