J8 (talk show)
J8 was a late-night talk show that aired in Canada on CTV from 2004 to 2005. Hosted by Jian Ghomeshi, the program featured interviews with celebrities and musicians, as well as musical performances. The show was known for its focus on arts and culture, and its interviews often delved into more serious and thoughtful topics than typical late-night fare. While short-lived, J8 was considered a critically acclaimed program during its run. The "J8" in the title refers to Ghomeshi's first initial and his age when he began working in broadcasting. The show was ultimately cancelled due to low ratings.
