Hymns (Out of Eden album)

Hymns is the fourth and final studio album by the contemporary Christian music group Out of Eden, released in 2003 on Gotee Records. As the title suggests, the album is primarily comprised of updated arrangements of traditional Christian hymns. The album features the sisters Lisa Kimmey, Andrea Kimmey-Read, and Danielle Kimmey. Hymns retains some of the group's signature R&B and pop influences while giving focus to the classic lyrical content and melodies of well-known hymns. The album was a departure from their more overtly pop-oriented earlier work. It includes both a cappella arrangements and more heavily produced tracks.
