Greatest Hits (Trisha Yearwood album)
Greatest Hits is the first greatest hits compilation album by American country music artist Trisha Yearwood. It was released by MCA Nashville Records on August 27, 1997. The album comprises thirteen previously released tracks from Yearwood's first four studio albums, plus three new songs: "How Do I Live," "Perfect Love," and "Where Your Love Goes."
The album was a commercial success, achieving multi-platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). "How Do I Live," although initially offered to LeAnn Rimes, became a major hit for Yearwood and is one of her signature songs. "Perfect Love" also charted well as a single from the album. The album solidified Yearwood's position as a leading female vocalist in country music during the 1990s.
