Glean (album)

Glean is the eighteenth studio album by the band They Might Be Giants, released on April 21, 2015. It consists of songs initially released through the band's Dial-A-Song service during the first half of 2015, alongside additional tracks recorded specifically for the album.

The album marked a departure from some of They Might Be Giants's previous work, particularly their children's albums, returning to a more experimental and adult-oriented sound. It features a variety of musical styles, encompassing elements of pop, rock, and electronic music.

Glean was generally well-received by critics, who praised its quirky songwriting, catchy melodies, and inventive arrangements. Several songs from the album, such as "Erase," "Aaa," and "Underwater Woman," became fan favorites and were frequently performed in concert.
