George McConnell (baseball)

George McConnell (born August 16, 1954) is a former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the California Angels from 1979 to 1982. McConnell was drafted by the Angels in the 7th round of the 1976 MLB Draft. He primarily pitched as a reliever.
