The R-4 is a regional road in Montenegro. It connects Pljevlja and Mihajlovica.

The R-4 road runs from Pljevlja in the municipality of Pljevlja, heading in an easterly direction, before reaching Mihajlovica, in the municipality of Pljevlja.

History

The R-4 was designated as a regional road with the new road categorization that came into effect in January 2016.
