George Harker (Australian politician)
George Harker (1860 – 11 July 1941) was an Australian politician who served as a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly.
Harker was born in the Camden district of New South Wales and educated at Camden College. He worked as a solicitor. He was elected to the seat of Cumberland at the 1894 New South Wales election, representing the Free Trade Party. He held the seat until 1904, when he was defeated.
Harker served as a councillor on several local councils, including Parramatta Council and the Shire of Hornsby. He was also involved in various community organisations.
