Gemma O'Connor (camogie)

Gemma O'Connor (born 1987) is an Irish camogie player. Widely regarded as one of the greatest camogie players of all time, she primarily plays as a defender for St. Finbarr's and the Cork senior camogie team. O'Connor has won multiple All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championships, National Camogie League titles, and All-Star awards.

O'Connor made her senior debut for Cork in the early 2000s and quickly established herself as a key player. Her career is marked by exceptional skill, leadership, and dedication to the sport. She has held the position of captain for the Cork team on several occasions.

She retired from inter-county camogie in 2023.
