Penuja
Penuja is a village located in the central part of Lombok Island, Indonesia. It is part of the Praya Timur subdistrict (kecamatan) within the Central Lombok Regency (Kabupaten Lombok Tengah). The village is primarily an agricultural community, with rice farming being a major occupation. The landscape is characterized by rice paddies and rolling hills. Penuja, like other villages in Lombok, retains much of its traditional Sasak culture, including its language, customs, and arts. The population is predominantly Muslim.
