Landriano

Landriano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Pavia in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 20 km southeast of Milan and about 15 km northeast of Pavia. As of December 31, 2004, it had a population of 5,455 and an area of 15.1 square kilometers.

Landriano borders the following municipalities: Bascapè, Carpiano, Casarile, Siziano, Torrevecchia Pia, Vidigulfo.

Landriano is primarily an agricultural area in the Po Valley, although some light industry also exists. The Castello Visconteo, a Viscontian castle, is a notable landmark within the comune.
